Refund & return policy

You can ask to return an item within 7 days of your order being completed.

Items should be unused and in their original packaging, unless they arrived damaged.

If something arrived damaged, send us a photo when you request the return and we will sort it out.

Approved refunds are sent back the way you paid, or by bank transfer where that is not possible.
